Regarding Maria is a modern icon, giving focus not only to the sun of light, but also his mother, Maria, that gave birth to him and offered her love and protection as his mother.
The artwork is a mixed media expression, the background is made by printmaking, the figures are painted in a traditional iconic style with acrylic paint. The expression is modern. The artwork is signed with my initials on the downside of the paper (not visible on display), but it can be signed more visible onto the artwork if desired. The artwork has an adjusted passepartou in white, and it also comes with a wood frame, in natural brown.
