A woman is walking down the stairs, she has a purse in her one hand, a bag in the other. She is nicely dressed with a coat, skirt and high heeled shoes, even though the stairs are covered with snow. I have tried to portray an everyday situation. The women represented expresses that we face our surroundings and the natural in different ways.

After a long summer vacation, a rest or retreat, one must return to the duties of life again. Perhaps on has become refreshed, has gained good memories, or regained a spirit to go on. Even though, the walk can, sometimes, feel a little reluctant, or in the mood of really wanting to stay a little bit longer in vacation mood. 
The artwork is made with mixed media technique. The background and the little figure is made through printmaking technique, by hand in printing press, I have also used oil paint.
