It has references to the crucifixion of Jesus but also inhabits spaces of modern figures and happenings. It is made within a mix of traditions, expressionism, where the crucifixion goes basic, inspired by the old masters, for instance Chagall, but there is also a modern tradition visible.

The artwork is made with acrylic paint, I have also used charcoal and crayons. 

I have painted an abstract landscape with surreal elements, a reflection of the 

our world. The title acknowledges a particular mood or perhaps a sort of prayer, the aftermath of our doings.

The painting is made on a mdf.board, it has a solid, thick, wood frame on the backside, 5.2 cm deep in all. The painting is relatively heavy. It can be hung on the wall as it is. The sides are painted in the same palette as the painting. It is difficult to give a good photo of it, in the original the colors are a little lighter.
